 Holmes & Doran is a multi-disciplinary practice of Chartered Surveyors, established in 1983. The practice works extensively throughout Northern Ireland and offers a wide range of Consultancy Services to our clients.
Our clients include public sector organisations, Banks, Building Societies, Financial Institutions, and a wide range of private organisations.
Holmes & Doran have membership to the following professional bodies:

 Holmes & Doran have a total of 4 fully qualified Access Auditors who undertake detailed Access Audits on all types of property and provide detailed and fully costed report for each building.
To date the practice has undertaken over 1,000 Access Audits for both private clients and government bodies including D.O.E, Health Estates and Education Boards |
