If you are planning to extend or alter the electrical installation in your home, such as providing extra sockets in the kitchen, adding new ceilings lights in the bathroom replacing consumer unit installing a shower or outside lighting, we can carry this work out for you & issue you with a Building Control Part P Certificate & NICEIC Completion Certificate.
When you come to sell your property you will be required to present these documents to the new owners of your home.
